I didn’t know what to expect from my first hypnotherapy session but the results have been really good, don’t think I’ve ever been as relaxed as I was during the session and the benefits long after have been very clear with better quality of sleep and less overthinking. Would definitely do it again and recommend it to other people.

I was going through some confusion and some rough times mentally, always feeling bad about myself and thinking I am not good enough. I was a bit sceptical about hypnosis therapy, having read some positive and negative reviews online but thought I had nothing to lose and went for a hypnotherapy session with Sara. It was a great experience and it has helped me a lot.

I’ve now been on this new diet for four weeks tomorrow. I’ve lost 8lb (5lb was in the first week).
Here’s what I’ve noticed and where I think your hypno has helped.
I’m much ‘calmer’ about food. I’ve had really bad bloating since Xmas and haven’t felt hungry which is normally a real trigger as I want to eat more to try and shift through my body. I now realise (stupidly) that most of it is water retention so now I will stop doing the extra eating.
’m not overly worried that I’m not losing weight quicker. I think some of that is that I’m not in a Group and everyone is doing better than me so I’m not feeling that it’s ‘unjust’!
It’s much easier to stick to than I thought (have religiously stuck to it about 98%) but actually the diet is really relaxed and encourages you to just get back on it for the next meal and it blow it all like I used to. I think where I’m not having carbs I’m not craving sugar (so far!). I did have a small amount of brown rice yesterday but haven’t missed carbs at all. It’s a low carb diet so I have porridge oats or similar for brekkie but that’s about it.
So all in all I think the hypno has really helped in this process.

I completed my training and certification in November 2023 with one of the UK's leading hypnotherapists, Ali Campbell and subsequently went on to train with Canada's top hypnotherapist of 50 years, Mike Mandell. Both courses have international certification/accreditation with IACT & CMA and MMHA (Canada).
The courses incorporated NLP techniques into our training, a method I've been using for 28 years. This solidified my decision to integrate hypnotherapy into my work, providing an excellent avenue to enhance my ability to help people change their lives. I provide a "One Stop Shop" for clients who wish to personally develop and work at a deeper level to enable them to resolve their issues and achieve the transformation they are seeking.
