by Sara Wheeler in 1996 and over 15,000 massages later, this deep
tissue, remedial sports massage will definitively help injuries,

acupuncture (Chinese medicine) this form of massage will help your
body to rebalance, relax the mind and increase your energy.
The massage uses a series of release points and stimulating massage techniques, leaving you feeling very relaxed with more general mobility.
Special attention is given to rebalancing the spine and releasing and relaxing
the back vertebrae. Cranial (Skull) Massage and Reiki are both given at the end
of the massage to provide greater benefit and relaxation. This massage can benefit: Sports
Injuries, Back pain & problems, Neck & Shoulder tensions, Hip & Knee ailments, Lumbago & Sciatica,
Repetitive Strain Injuries, Stress, Depression, Migraine, PMT, Menopause, Heart & Lung conditions,

Get to the root of the
problem
I first visited Healing Wizdom in 2003
while going through a particularly stressful phase of my
life. I went on recommendation, never having heard of
remedial massage, but within minutes it became
clear it wasn't quite the gentle experience I might have
imagined! To get to the root of the problem, the
massage is possibly more thorough and vigorous than
you'd imagine – however, the benefits of such a deep
tissue massage are extraordinary. Quite what
happens during the cranial massage and Reiki at
the end of the session is a mystery as I always fell
asleep! I found my sessions to be extremely helpful and
later benefitted from acupuncture and Reiki. Sara
